Kuna watu huwa na mtazamo wa tofauti dhidi ya tunda la ndizi kwamba husababisha mtu kuwa na mafuta mengi mwilini. Hii siyo kweli na ni kwamba tunda hili ni la maajabu na lina zadi ya ambavyo kila mtu anavyofikiri kulihusu.
Jambo zuri ni kwamba tunda hili linapatikana muda wote katika mwaka na huwa siyo gharama sana kulipata.
