Watu wengi hupata wakati mgumu sana kupunguza miili yao baada ya kunenepa na wengine kuishia kujichukia kotokana na wao kuwa na maumbo ambayo hawayapendi.
Hali hii hutokea zaidi kwa wanawake ambao mara nyingi huwa ni wavivu au wanakosa motisha ya kufanya mazoezi ambayo yatawasaidia kupunguza miili yao. Ndizi mbivu
Ndizi mbivu ni muhimu kwa afya yako kwani zina wingi wa madini ndani yake kama vile potasiamu na vitamini za aina mbalimbali. Ndizi hukuondolea hamu ya kula kila wakati.
Vile vile ndizi huupa mfumo wa mmeng’enyo cha kula nguvu hivyo kusaidia kuyeyusha mafuta yaliyopo tumboni kwa urahisi zaidi.
Maji
Kunywa maji ya kutosha kila siku kunasaidia kwa kiasi kikubwa kupunguza uzito. Kunywa maji lita tatu kila siku kutasaidia kuondoa sumu mwili mwako lakini pia itasaidia ngozi yako kuwa salama. Jiwekee utaratibu kuwa kila unapoamka asubuhi hata kabla ya kuswaki, kunywa maji angalau glasi mbili.
Baada ya kuanza kazi zako za siku, kunywa maji angalu glasi moja kila baad ya saa moja.
Kuhusu upande wa chakula, hapo tumeelezea tu kwa uchache lakini bado kuna vingine vingi kama nyama, samaki, mboga za majini, maharage.
Pia epuka sana kula vyakula vyenye sukari na pia wanga kwani chakula unachokula ni nishati kwenye mwili wako, hivyo ukiweka nishati nyingi halafu usipoitumia, mwili utaiifadhi kwa ajili ya matumizi ya siku nyingine. Kumbuka, weka nishati unayoihitaji tu. Pia epuka kula chakula muda mfupi kabla ya kulala.
Mbali na vyakula tulivyovitaja hapo tu, jambo jingine kubwa la kuzungati ni kufanya mazoezi kila mara. Jitahidi kufanya mazoezi angalau mara nne kwa wiki na kila siku utumie si chini ya dakika 30. Unaweza kukimbia, kutembea umbali mrefu, kuruka kamba.
