Watu wengi huvumilia mkojo kwa muda mrefu kutokana na sababu mbalimbali. Baadhi wanaweza wakawa katika eneo ambalo hawezi kwenda haja ndogo lakini wengine ni uzembe ambapo wengi utakuta anaangalia tamthilia hivyo hataki apitwe, au anaona akienda haja ndogo hadi arudi umbea unaopigwa utampita na hivyo anaamua kubana mkojo, hayo yote yana madhara kwa mwili wako.
Je! Wewe hukojoa mara ngapi kwa siku? Mbili?, Tatu? Tano? Kwa mujibu wa watalaamu mbalimbali, wamesema kuwa kila mtu anatakiwa kukojoa kila baada ya saa 4 hadi 6, lakini kama utashikilia mkojo wako kwa muda zaidi, utakuwa uanajiweka kwenye hatari ya kukumbwa na matatizo mbalimbali.

1. Kujikojolea

4. Kutanuka kibofu
Basi tusema kwamba ukibana mkojo kwa muda mrefu, kibofu chako kinaweza kisipasuke kutokana na wingi wa mkojo lakini kikatanuka kuliko ukubwa wake unaotakiwa.
Tatizo la kutanuka kwa kibofu kutokana na kubana mkojo mara kwa mara ni kwamba mwili wako utakuwa haukupi taarifa kuwa unatakiwa kwenda kujisaidia. Hii ni kwa sababu umbo la kibofu limeongezeka. Taarifa hizo ambazo hutolewa na ubongo wakati kibofu kimejaa ni muhimu sana, lakini kibofu kikitanuka hutozipata.
Ni kweli wakati mwingine unaweza ukabanwa na mkojo na kuwa sehemu ambayo huweza kupata msaada ya kujisaidia, lakini epuka tabia hii kuwa mazoea.
